- Can I request special touches to my room?

We offer a variety of enhancements to bedrooms for an additional charge to ensure your stay is extra special. From fresh rose petals to welcome you into your bedroom or a chilled bottle of our house Champagne to sip upon arrival, we have everything needed to ensure a relaxing and memorable stay.
These enhancements will be available upon making the reservation or guests can add these by contacting our reception team via sleep@peakedgehotel.co.uk.
- Is there parking and EV charging points?

Is free parking available?
Complimentary parking is available to all hotel residents and guests. You may be asked to supply your car registration details upon arrival for security purposes.Is electric vehicle charge available?
There are 4 electric car charging pods for our guests to use on a first come first serve basis. If you wish to use these during your stay, ahead of your arrival you’ll need to download the Pod-Point app and follow the instructions to connect. - Is Peak Edge Hotel and The Red Lion Restaurant dog friendly?

We have designated dog-friendly bedrooms available to book in advance. Take a look at our dog policy or contact Guest Services for more information.Is the Red Lion Restaurant dog-friendly?
Dogs are welcome in the bar areas of the Red Lion. We have a jar of treats on the bar and can supply water bowls on request. - Does my room come with a safe?

There is a safe provided for your valuables in each of our rooms, located in the wardrobes. Assured you’re in safe hands here, but still, be sure to lock all doors in your room when you leave, and always keep your room key safe.
- What is the cancellation policy for your bedrooms?

The cancellation terms for your hotel reservation are dependent on the booking option chosen. Please refer to your booking confirmation for terms and conditions.
During your stay
- What is the Emergency and Fire procedure?

Your safety is our priority. Please familiarise yourself with the notice on the back of your door and take a moment to locate your nearest exits.
If you discover a fire, raise the alarm by activating one of the break glass alarm points which are located next to each emergency door, then notify reception.
If you hear a fire alarm, leave your room immediately using the nearest accessible exit and proceed to the assembly point indicated on the diagram located on the back of your door.
• Close the door of your room
• Do not stop to collect any personal belongings
• Do not shout or run – this only causes panic
• Do not use the lift
• Do not re-enter the building until advised it is safe to do so by the fire marshal. Please study the above carefully and ensure that you know what do to in the event of an emergency. - Can I smoke?

Peak Edge is a non-smoking hotel. Should you wish to smoke, designated smoking areas can be located outside the hotel. Unfortunately, smoking in our rooms will result in a non-refundable penalty charge of £250 to compensate for the bedroom being deep cleaned, so we’d rather you didn’t.
- Do we offer laundry services?

For those staying with us a little longer, we are happy to provide laundry services. Please place your laundry and dry cleaning together with the price list located on the desk into the bags provided by reception. Please provide to reception by 3pm. Laundry will then be ready to collect by 5pm the following day.
