Hotel Booking Terms & Conditions
Checking In
Check-in service is available from 3.00pm daily, with check-out the morning of your stay available until 11.00am.
We operate a cashless front desk and all guests will be required to pay with credit or debit card and to make reservations using this method too, for all bookings incl. events and weddings.
We do take cash on our bars and in the restaurant but card is still preferable.
All guests must be a minimum age of 18 with proof of identification to stay with us.
We reserve the right to pre-authorise your credit or debit card during your stay. A pre-authorisation is a temporary hold of a specific amount of the available balance on a credit or debit card. The pre-authorisation is not a charge and no funds have been debited from your account. The pre-authorisation simply guarantees us that the funds are available to pay for any charges incurred. A £50 pre-authorisation is required per room, per night.
Cancellation Policy
Reservation for Superior or Feature rooms with flexible rates must be cancelled 48 hours the day prior to arrival to avoid charge (i.e. by 3.00pm two days before arrival). Cancellations after this time are chargeable in full. Advance purchase reservations and suite reservations are non-cancellable and transferrable.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel. Those who smoke will be able to do so in our designated outdoor smoking areas.
Challenge 25
We operate a challenge 25 policy across the hotel bars and restaurant. Please be aware, when purchasing alcohol, you will be asked to show proof of ID if we believe you look under the age of 25.
Family Stays
Children under the age of 3 stay on a complimentary basis. Breakfast is charged at a reduced rate for children up to 12 years.
Dog Policy
Small dogs are allowed on request only, at a supplementary cost per night’s stay. Learn more about our dog policy.
Special Events and Party Nights
We respectfully reserve the right to restrict our own hosted events and party nights to 18+ only. This is our hotel policy and may differ from other venues.
General Data Protection Regulations
We reserve the right to store each of our guests emails provided for operational purposes, including for post stay reviews as part of booking. We take all necessary precautions when corresponding with our guests, ensuring all emails, both operational and marketing, are fully GDPR compliant and respectful of our guest’s permissions.
