So we are celebrating Burns Night this year on Saturday 25th January 2025 and we would love you to save the date and join us for this celebration of Scottish tradition and Robert Burns! Join us for a decadent four-course feast, meticulously crafted from the finest local ingredients. As the bagpipes serenade the gathering, we’ll raise our glasses to the haggis—a symbol of tradition and friendship.

Valentine's Day Break from £395*
Escape the ordinary and embrace romance for the evening with our special Valentine’s Menu surrounded by the beautifully romantic Peak District. Whether you’re celebrating a newfound love or sharing time with a long-time love, a beautiful experience awaits you.
Enjoy your evening at our 2*AA rosette Red Lion Restaurant, where our chefs have curated a delicious tasting menu built around locally sourced ingredients, as many from our own Walton Lodge Farm Estate as possible. Think exquisite flavours and rounded dishes, with something to suit every palate.
Then settle down in one of our Superior Rooms, stylish and fully appointed, with the comfiest of beds.  After a wonderful evening, rest your head and make the most of your night away. Then enjoy a delicious breakfast the next morning, with hot and cold food selection.  And don’t forget the fresh coffee.

A Taste of the States Wine Series Package for Two from £330*
USA wines offer a diverse and rich selection, perfect for a wine tasting event. And to pair with these delicious wines, we will be creating a tempting tasting menu starting with canapés followed by four-courses of USA inspired dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients from our Walton Lodge Farm Estate and other local suppliers.The evening starts at 6.45pm with food served 7:30pm and aims to finish at 11pmand this event will be held in one of our newly renovated private function suites.
So enjoy our Wine Series Package from £330 based on two sharing. This includes the Wine Series event followed by a stay in a Superior Room and plentiful locally sourced breakfast the next day…

Bike, Bed & Breakfast Break for Two from £300*
Our luxury retreat, is truly a gem of a location. If soaking up the serenity is not for you and you’re a restless soul yearning for adventure, we’ve crafted a perfect break for two. Picture yourself enjoying a peaceful bed and breakfast stay in our Superior Room, followed by a specially curated eBike tour with PeakEPedals that starts and ends at the hotel, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the stunning countryside.
This is a self-guided, mapped three-hour tour around the local area. You will pass by Stone Edge Cupola (Britain’s oldest free-standing chimney) and meander through some of Derbyshire’s hidden hamlets. This is an easy tour that takes you on a 13-mile round trip directly from Peak Edge Hotel and back.
